REFUND POLICY
LIMITED WARRANTY
The INAPOD range of products has a Limited Warranty of 5 years structural and a 2 years electrical parts warranty due to manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Damages that include, but are not limited to, misuse, user-inflicted damage, liquid damage, mold or infestation, incorrect installation, are not covered under this warranty.
The Limited Warranty covers defects in the materials and workmanship
The Limited Warranty is not transferable and does not cover if the unit has been moved to another location outside the address where the unit has been initially assembled.
INAPOD shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any goods unless the buyer submits a written claim within 10 working days of delivery, after which the goods are deemed to be accepted by the buyer. Goods must be inspected on delivery.
INAPOD reserves the right to make product improvements or changes to product specifications without notice.
We do not accept liability for delays due to shipping or trans shipment delays, port delays or manufacturing delays which we have no control over. We do not accept liability if goods are damaged if they are shipped using your freight company.
What is not covered by our Limited Warranty
- Wear and tear of the product
- Misuse or abuse of the product
- Damage of any parts of the product
- Relocation and re-assembly of the product
- Batteries used in the electrical system
- Operation of the unit which is not in accordance with recommended guidelines
- Loss of the sofa cushion resistance - degrading of the internal foam or the fabrics used which is considered to be wear and tear.
- Damage due to improper cleaning.
- Refurbishment or any alterations made by the owner
- Damages caused by the unsuitable location environment such as outdoors, wet areas, dusty environments or any other unsuitable environments.
- Damage caused by the USB, Cat6 or any other electrical component to any other electrical device used.
- Damage caused by dis-assembly and re-assembly of the unit after the unit has been positioned onsite by our professional installers.
- Pre-owned or rental units
- The warranty shall be void if the serial number has been removed.
PAYMENT.
Full payment for all orders is due immediately. Failure to make payment will result in suspending shipment of your order. All payments for transactions are non-refundable and non-transferable unless cancelled within 5 days (120 hours) of placing your order. We understand your circumstances can change and if you no longer require your INAPOD order, please let us know within the specified 5 day (120 hour) cooling off period for a refund, less international currency transaction/fluctuation fees. Should you need to cancel your order after the 5-day cooling off period and prior to shipment of your order, a 50% refund can be requested, less international currency transaction/fluctuation fees. After shipment has commenced, all transactions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
BILLING
You expressly authorize us (or our third-party Payment Processor) to bill you through a payment account linked to your account for your purchase of the INAPOD/assembly services. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for errors by the Payment Processor. By choosing to purchase INAPOD/assembly services, you agree to pay us, through the Payment Processor, all charges at the prices then posted/communicated to you, for any use of such purchase in accordance with the applicable payment terms and you authorize us, through the Payment Processor, to charge your chosen payment provider (your Payment Method). You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes that the Payment Processor makes even if it has already requested or received payment. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly provided in the Payment Terms. All fees and applicable taxes, if any, are payable in United States Dollars.
PAYMENT METHOD.
The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen payment method. If we, through the Payment Processor, do not receive payment from you, you agree to pay all amounts due on your Billing Account upon demand or your order shipment will be suspended.
CHANGE IN THE AMOUNT AUTHORIZED.
If the amount to be charged to your Billing Account varies from the amount you pre-authorized (other than due to the imposition or change in the amount of state sales taxes), you have the right to receive, and we shall provide, notice of the amount to be charged and the date of the charge before the scheduled date of the transaction. Any agreement you have with your payment provider will govern your use of your Payment Method. You agree that we may accumulate charges incurred and submit them as one or more aggregate charges during or at the end of each billing cycle.
